At Bailey Business Funds, we consider privacy and confidentiality a very serious matter. Because we do gather some information from all visitors to our web site and more information from some, we would like to share with you what that information is, why we gather it, how we use it, and how you can have it changed or removed from our database altogether.

Changing and/or Removing Information

You can at any time submit a request to Bailey Business Funds to have your personal information changed, updated, or removed. Other than in cases where a contractual agreement between you and Bailey Business Funds specifically stipulates that the information is to be kept active by Bailey Business Funds until a given date, we will remove your information from the database. In certain cases such as statistical archives or audit records, we cannot completely erase your information from the archives but wherever possible, your information will be removed from the live database effectively removing you from our contact list.
